I had a very bad experience with what i will assume is the owner of the establishment. My granson has a genetic condition that requires us to ship blood next day to a specialist in Kansas City. Today I took him to the doctor got the specimen and went to ship via federal express [btw the only place to ship fed ex with in 25 miles] I have never met such unprofessional service. The owner whom never gave his name came out of his office when a girl was helping me and said in a very gruff and unfriendly way we cant touch that package until its in a plastic envelope provided by fed ex. {per fed ex he should have checked better it was in a box and wrapped to their standards in a plastic bio bag}. I told him all he had to do was tell me although in hindsite maybe it would be better to actually train employees whom can be civil. He apparently can not. He was rude beyond rude!He went off on me and told me to leave the store and refused to send the package. Today we have bad weather luckly after an half hour on the phone making my complaintsI found out they can pick it up from home other wise I would have had to drive 25 miles in a snowstorm with a newborn because he is unable to be civil.

To Whom It May Concern,
I've done business with this company almost ten years when I worked for another company. Recently I walked in thinking I would get the same service as before, but I was mistaken. I requested them to fax some paper work for me and they replied that the paper I was using was to thick for their fax machine and they would need to copy it on their paper to send it I said that was fine. It was two dollars a sheet to send and I had ten sheets, and it would cost twenty dollars. I said that would be fine even though thats a bit much since the machine does all the work. Any way I received my confirmation sheet after it went through and they collected their money. I left their shop and drove thirty miles to home and received a call from the the person receiveing the fax, they only received 3 sheets and the other seven were blank. I went back the next day to gey my money back due to their foul up only to be told that if I had brought it back the same day they might have refunded my money or sent it again. The problem is thirty miles to drive, it was 4:30 when I got the call about the shortage and it had to be their by 5:00. I guess they needed my twenty dollars more than I did with this economy, and I only get to work 20 to 30 hours a week. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP IF YOU NEED YOUR MONEY.
