After visiting a couple "walk-in" salons and still being unsatisfied with the cut my son was given I decided to try this Great Clips salon. My son has long hair and I wanted to give it style while keeping it long (and not the bowl cut!). Michelle listened to what I wanted and was patient with my son. So gentle, too. She asked me at the end of the cut if it was short enough and if it looked how I wanted. It looked GREAT. A+ overall and I plan to go to Michelle for all of my family's future hair cuts.
