Baron was phenomenal! I had so many questions, you'd think I would have drove him crazy. Instead, he was very patient and answered all my questions. He continued to do this AFTER the sale. I loved how Dennis came out to meet me and my son. He was very passionate about selling cars and even gave us advice about the car we bought.

What nice people there are at Sneed Ford!! Baron was helpful, answered our questions and was easy-going. He even helped me sync my phone with the beautiful Edge we got! Ruth helped pull it all together and was such a blessing to us!! It was worth the drive to get what I really wanted and to meet such nice folks!!

I was looking for a Focus Titanium and one has just showed up online so I decided to stop by and look at it. They were super friendly when we walked in and we got started immediately. They helped me make the decisions I wanted and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a Ford!

I was looking for a new vehicle for school, Baron helped me find a vehicle that met my needs (low mileage, great gas mileage, and within budget). Found a nice ford fiesta. While purchasing Baron found a significant amount of hail damage, yet he spoke to the boss got him to take care of a portion of it at a local shop. When I went into the shop it was a bit above my budget to take care of, and Baron was nice enough to take care of the rest so that I was happy. Really great individual.

Purchased a car from this dealership a little over two years ago. It was a 2012 Ford Fiesta, touted as being a "CPO" vehicle. During my ownership of the vehicle, it was nothing but trouble. Transmission issues, clanking noises, slow acceleration, and various other problems that the dealership ignored. When a purchased the car, I was told by the salesman and finance manager that the only way I would be able to get financed was if I bought the CPO warranty that was offered on the vehicle. For a whopping $1,875, I could have an extended warranty. At first, I balked at the idea of adding this warranty to the car, because I had been told that the extra warranties are just scams to get more money, but this dealership BULLIED me into purchasing the warranty by threatening that I would not able to get any financing at all without it. So fine, I caved because I needed a car, and they were willing to give me a decent rate at 4$. Fast forward: My interest rate was never 4% (scam #1). It was closer to 6%, looking back at the paperwork. Granted, I know this was partially my fault because I was too excited to purchase my first vehicle and didn't look closely when signing everything. This past weekend, I was finally able to upgrade to a new vehicle and use the Fiesta as trade in value when I was made aware that Ford's CPO program is total crap and didn't have any effect on the trade in value on my car. Apparently you can have any piece of crap labeled a CPO from Ford. It doesn't actually mean the car is good, you just have to pay for the label. (scam #2). I thought I saw a shred of silver lining when the new dealership told me I could likely request a partial refund for the unused portion of the warranty from Dennis Sneed/Ford. After calculating it up with the approximate miles I had left in the warranty and the original amount I was QUOTED BY THE SALESMAN AND FINANCE MANAGER for the warranty, I was supposed to get about $700-800 back. Lo and behold, I'm being offered a refund of a measly $250! As it turns out, this dealership LIED to me about how the warranty/CPO status works. The car itself was not actually a CPO prior to me purchasing it like I was told. Apparently, $875 of the "warranty" I purchased was actually the FEE for putting the worthless CPO label on the car. The actual extended warranty (that I was essentially FORCED into purchasing) was only $1000, so therefore, my refund was a LOT lower than anticipated.

Beware this dealership, they will lie about pricing and interest rates, and use scare tactics to get you to buy these worthless warranties that don't even increase the value of your car! And then when they tell you that you can get a prorated portion of it back upon selling the vehicle, it turns out that they lie about how much the dang thing costs, too!

I bought a used car in September, which was a GREAT experience with Baron. Unfortunately, that was the only good part. I took it in for service and was promised a certain price by Roger. I was overcharged and they would not honor the commitment they made. I have tried every avenue to get this dealt with, and no one at the dealership is willing to back up their promise. I listened to Dennis Sneed talk to everyone else about a difficult customer, and then when I called him out on it, he totally changed his tune. Typical car dealer that will say whatever he thinks a customer wants to hear. A great car buying experience turned into one of the worst I've ever had. I wish Baron would go to another dealer, because I'd buy from him all day long. But I'll never give another penny to Dennis Sneed. What a creep!

I found a possible replacement for my worn out Mercury Mariner online, which happened to be almost an identical vehicle - a 2012 Ford Escape at Dennis Sneed. I was immediately interested since they offered great photos of the vehicle inside and out, and the price was almost too good to be true. On top of that, I knew an old friend worked at the dealership. I called them up, and they connected me to Baron. He was wonderful to work with and got me in the vehicle quickly and hassle-free. I really appreciate cars salesmen who can be polite, upfront and honest with you - this is what you'll get at Dennis Sneed Ford.

I found Sneed Ford from Autotrader.com looking for a Focus, since Fusions were just a bit out of my price range. Baron greeted us all and was very helpful in getting us to the cars we were looking at. After looking at a few cars, I was kind of let down by what the Focus is. Baron was able to find me a Fusion that wouldn't break my wallet. Now I am the proud owner of a 2011 Fusion SE! Oh, and Dennis is a talker. Introverts, keep to a small amount of topics to bring up ;)

A huge bonus was that they delivered my car, detailed, and with a full tank of gas.

I am extremely happy to have a local dealer who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and find what you need and want. I started with a 2007 used Suburban for my wife, and even though it was used, they made sure everything was perfect for her. This experience and the low prices had me come back for a 2012 F-250 that I love and can handle anything I throw at it. The sales staff made sure I understood the new truck, and the service department has been top notch is keeping my truck in the best condition. I needed a car and fell in love with the 2013 Focus ST. This car gives me a youthful feeling with functional practicality. The perfect vehicle for me. Though I knew about the car, I wasn't ready to buy one and almost settled for another vehicle. Instead of getting two sales, they made sure I was happy with the first sale and would not want to trade it in. The website is great for searching vehicles and the lots vehicles are priced, a far cry from other dealers. I have a large family and we all would like to share our appreciation. From Carey to Brian and the sales staff, Thank You!

Searched and searched for a F-150 Raptor, every place that had one i called and they had just sold it. I seen one on-line at Dennis Sneed ford. Beautiful truck, It was newer and had more extras on it than the ones I was looking at prior.

I read the reviews online prior to going out of my way to Dennis Sneed. However, there was a gorgeous 08 Ford Mustang GT convertible that had my name on it!

I sent an online request for additional information as it was after hours & there

I know everyone has differing personal experiences but when I recently purchased a 2010 Mercury Milan from Dennis Sneed, I could not have left feeling better. As expected, the car was in very good shape given its late model. However, what stuck me about this dealership was the interesting cross between "down-home" and just a touch of "old school." The bottom line is you can get a nice car from nice people for a nice price... Period! No one pounced on me when I arrived, and no hard sale tactics. A little "throw-back" negotiations but just enough to make my experience fun and left me feeling like I got a good deal... Which I absolutely did. I must say I did not finance so I can not speak to that experience.

I purchased a vehicle from Dennis Sneed Ford, specifically Dave and Ray Valverde and they were extremely professional during the purchase. I am in Phoenix, Arizona and never saw the car and the car was just as they presented! I have no complaints with them at all. They were extremely trust worthy and fulfilled all their obligations on vehicle preparations, shipping and tracking. I will buy from Dennis Sneed Ford again EVEN if I am out of State! Thanks again and good job!

Don't deal with this dishonest dealer. Placed a deposit on a car to hold after being told by salesperson 'Joe' that it would be refunded if the deal didn't go through. Asked for confirmation in writing twice from Joe and once from the accounting clerk who handled my deposit. Nope. Owner decided that a week was too long to wait for me to come see the car from a distance, and so they never gave the deposit back. Wouldn't even try to do business with this dealer again.

NOT WORTH THE DRIVE!

PRO'S: Stayed open for us after driving 4.5 hours.

CON'S: Dishonest Staff

Brian E. our sales person sent me some information to me that I requested about on the options that the Explorer came with. This information that he sent states that the 2008 Explorer came with Leather heated bucket seats. Well the vehicle that we purchased we later found out did not have the seat heaters and various other options that were not on the vehicle we purchased from Dennis Sneed Ford. I also was told that I would be receiving 5.1% financing and after my wife and I came down we received 6.9%. I questioned Brian about it and he said that Terry R.was doing the financing was upset he had to stay late and that not to worry, he would talk to him about it. But again he assured us he could get 5.1% because that was what previous customers were getting. I am somewhat disappointed because after talking with Brian he referred me to Ray the Sales Manager. He just assured me I received an excellent price. Terry R. from financing called me back after I sent the owner an E-Mail on what was going on and he called Harris N.A. Financing and told me he had worked out 5.8% financing for us. I has since learned that my rate is still 6.9%.
