Nice course but overpriced. The kitchen is nice, and the food is great. But at 60 dollars for a weekend fee with a cart you would expect more, not conditions wise but course wise. Not a bad design, but no signature holes and very mundane. I don't mind paying 60 dollars for golf, but not for this course. Lots of ball marks, which is not so much a reflection on bad management but that the people who play there don't take the time to clean up after themselves. Horrible, and I mean worst in the city driving range with little practice room. Either it is flooded, out of golf balls or it is out of grass. Definitely call before you come up to the range, or you??ll find that the shop has no range balls. Yes, there are two practice greens, but no chipping/pitching areas and no practice bunker. And memberships are 2,000 dollars! Wow, couldn??t imagine wanting to play there for that much.
The course is in good shape though, and I think that you'll have a hard time finding better greens. Overpriced, and not well designed as there is a lack of variety in the holes. The three star rating reflects the fact that the course is overpriced and the range needs drastic improvement. And where is a practice bunker?

This new course includes a basic course and an executive nine hole course for a quick round. The course is well maintained and offers golf cart rentals. Its central Independence location is easily found. The club house is nice and includes a small restaurant. Around the course is a new subdivision of fairly upscale houses and townhomes that sell from the $200s throught the $400s. More are being built at the current time.

My work had a golf tournoment here and I had to set everything up with the club and they were great to work with. First of all I don't have a vast experiance with a lot of courses, but this is a very nice course to play on. The golf pro is always on hand to answer questions and to give tips or lessons. It is a little pricey to play here, but I think well worth it if you can afford it.
