I love that you keep your staff updated in new cuts, styles and color. I am impressed that they travel to other cities for classes and shows. I always feel Tyra has up to date knowledge on the care of my hair and she listens to me, and doesn't just do what she feels is best. Often stylists don't listen to their clients. You all corrected a bad color and highlight experience I had, and I am pleased to say I have returned ever since for great hair care!! Thanks Tyra!

My experience was great, as always. Your salon is clean, modern, and comfortable. I like the professionalism of the team, and how they consult each other to make sure every client gets the best style, color, etc. I have my stylist, Kate, and always love, love, love what she does with my completely gray hair! My fiancee had an appointment for eyelash extensions and surprised me with a 90 minute massage. The staff was great. The massage was wonderful and relaxing and the hour and a half went way to fast. My fiancee's eyelashes look amazing. Looking forward to going back!!!

I love the friendly staff at the front desk, Karen and Diane are very nice and helpful. Tyra is my stylist and she is amazing I never know exactly what I want to do and she always helps me figure it out and I change my color and style often. She is professional as everyone else I have had to pleasure to meet. I have recommended my friends and family to this salon, due to the many complements I receive on my hair.

Kate is my stylist and I love her. She always does an amazing job with my cut and color. Her personality is unbelievable. She is able to move graciously from one person to the next without making you feel rushed. Love going to see her and having her do my hair.

I always have an incredible experience. The staff is talented and friendly and so professional. I have been visiting this salon for 4 years now and even though I have moved halfway across the country, I plan my trips home to visit around my Illusions appointments. My stylist is superb and I have never walked away unhappy. This last visit to the newly renovated salon/spa, I was treated to a complimentary neck and shoulder massage while I was waiting for my hair color to process. This is one service I have not yet taken advantage of at the salon and it was a nice introduction to the spa and now I plan on booking a mother/daughter massage when Mother's Day comes around. I will highly recommend Illusions color spa to anyone looking for a new style, maintaining their current style, or a relaxing spa experience. I have only tried a few salons where I live now and nothing makes me happier than a visit back to St. Louis so that I can make an appointment with Illusions.

Kelly Yates has been doing my hair for years now and I love the attention she gives in listening to what I want and the beautiful results every time. She is a great asset to Illusions color spa. Great service. Love the efficiency. Upon my first visit with Kate at Illusions Spa, I must say the service was exceptionally over the top. Everyone was professional and helpful to go out of thier way to answer any questions I had about products and suggestions. I was very impressed with the service and most importantly I absolutely loved my hair cut and color. I had the best experience..and loved the back massage with my rinse, very comfortable to have your legs elevated during your rinse. Very impressed! I would refer my friends to go see Kate at Illusions!!

I love coming to the spa to get my hair done. Not only does Katrina do a great job but it is fun to see all of the girls working together and helping each other out. I also get a lot of fashion tips just from watching since all of the girls at Illusions wear the cutest and updated close. One more thing to add is the brand of color Illusions uses works great on getting rid of the gray and keeping my hair from breaking. It may be a long drive to get there but it is well worth it. Thank you and keep up the good work.
