I've been to a few bridal stores thus far, trying to find my wedding gown. I've had good experiences at all the other places, however, the person working with me here did not make this pleasant. Her comments about how I looked in the dresses were unwelcomed, and I left there feeling pretty poorly about my self-image (which is normally pretty healthy). Maybe she had an off-day, but it left a lasting impression with me.

My bridesmaid dresses were from here and had they not needed alterations, we would have probably had a better experience. One bridesmaid was promised her dress at a certain time, and after driving about 45 miles to get there, was told that there was a delay and it would be ready the following day. The straps broke on two of the dresses a half an hour before my wedding, even though they both had paid for reinforced straps to insure this wouldnt happen.
PROS: beautiful dresses
CONS: bad alterations and communication with customers

I bought my wedding gown here for only $200 back in June 2003. It was gorgeous and I only spent $200 in alterations. They were great about keeping me updated about the status of my dress and would remind me when my fittings were. The girls that worked there were very nice and they'd help me pick out my accessories and veils to try on. Everything went great except for two days prior to the wedding in April 2004 when one of my bridesmaids went in to pick up her dress and they accused her of not paying for alterations when she did after dropping the dress off a week earlier. We had to dig for the receipt and even showed them her check register. Needless to say she left the store in tears.
