We had been on a quest to find the perfect diamond to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We had been to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston and other cities but nothing was quite right. We tried Shane and there it was - a 1.7 ct oval. Based upon price, 4 C's, quality and especially service we bought it and have been happy ever since. Our sales person Gretchen was super.

This jeweler puts the customer first every single time. They are more than willing to put in time to make sure that you've seen everything they have to offer in your price range and style preference. They have such a huge selection of diamond in a wide range of prices and styles that you shouldn't need to go anywhere else to find precisely what you want!

I must admit I decided to give the Shane Company a shot for a diamond purchase after listening to many of their radio ads. What I found were average pricing for less than premium diamonds. Don't get me wrong. Most people will be satisfied with the diamonds they offer. However, those who are more knowlegable about diamonds will know that their selection is a bit limited if you are looking for higher end diamonds. I did not buy from them.

They have more watches and more bridal sets than any store that I have seen. They will work with you to match settings and stones to make a set that is just for you. They import their own diamonds and other precious stones and are very competitive in their pricing. This place is usually packed on the weekends.
PROS: large selection, good value
CONS: crowded on the weekends

My husband and I got our wedding set here ..very great customer service and great quality ..i love my ring and they helped my huband pick out the kind they thought i would like and they did a great job.

If you're looking for a mall jewelry store to spend too much money in a pretentious atmosphere, try the Shane Company. The jewelry is nothing special and the service is more than lacking.
