We signed up for dish network at this retailer and were under the impression that we would receive NEW merchandise with this NEW service. At 9:00pm at night they were still trying to install, after breaking the dish mount and having to meet another installer to get a new mount, then upon opening the receiver box they found a REFURBISHED, REMANUFACTURED receiver, with NO cables and NO remotes(This particular one was to have 2). I called John Henry, owner, the next morning at 9am and he stated that I was basically stuck with this receiver and it was NEW??? After I spoke directly to Dish they told me to cancel my service with THIS retailer and either go directly through dish or find a new retailer. I spoke to John once again and stated we would be cancelling this contract. I asked him what he wanted me to do with the receiver they had left at our home, and his reply was "I don't care what you do with it!" He even stated that I was stupid to think all equipment is new when installed. We have now called Mid-America Wireless, where we have received 150% customer satisfaction.

Pros: Carry Dish Network which is a good service and installer was reputable.
Cons: Have the worst customer service possible in store.
