Time Out is a great fun place to have fun. The owners are wonderful and friendly. It's spacious and has pool tables. The no smoking ban has hurt this local establishment. It has been at this locations for years and years. The staff is friendly and the drinks are reasonable priced. It's close to the stadium for a fun time after a Chiefs or Royals game.
