Trust me....Do not rent from Iremco! They are very old houses with black mold in them. I know, cause I worked there. They cover up the mold with bleach, but it's still behind the walls. They use racist comments when talking about their residents. They do not care about you...just your money. They would rather put old parts on stuff to fix something rather than buy new. for you. Almost every resident has had problems with them and when you try to talk to them at their office...they won't come out to talk to you. There is so much more. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them.

DO NOT RENT FROM IREMCO!
As you see below they are NOT a satisfactory leasing company! They can never keep their story straign and the stories are different from person to person. They lie to their tenants, they are never available if you have questions, If you need any maintenance done, get ready to call 2 or 3 times, just to get someone to come out. Then get ready for an excuse on why they can't replace or fix your item.
I HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FROM THE TIME I MOVED IN!

When my previous landlord sold the land that I am on, Iremco, Inc. came in to manage the property and the first thing they did was raise the price for anyone and everyone to live on the property. I have been here for over 3 years and have not seen one improvement to our property or surrounding areas. The main office in Chesterfield, mainly Kelly, is so arrogant that all they are worried about is collecting their money. They are not worried about the well being of the people that are giving them money each month. Not one road repair has been done and no improvements have been made to the property other than knocking down an abandoned barn on the property. Kelly quoted that they have no plans for improving the property which tells me one thing and one thing only, they are going to sell the property for commercial purposes and they don't want to admit it. It's a shame that property management companies have to be this arrogant.

I have been renting for 3 plus years. I have been content with the condo's but more storage area would be appreciated. They are slow in maintenance issues most of the time.
My most unhappy experience with this company was this past July, 2006. We had experienced the bad storms on the 19th. It took 5 days of Iremco dealing with the Condo Assc. here to get someone to remove a large tree off my car, that fell on it during the storm. The rental agent for this complex, called me in somewhat a good time frame, but made excuses on why they aren't responsible for getting the tree off my car. After 5 days of going back and forth and my insurance paying for a rental car, I had to pay my insurance deductible to fix the car although this incident was no fault of mine.
I think the thing that most upsets me is the fact that no one from the company offices called to apologize of check up on me, or offer to perhaps split the cost of the insurance deductible. The attitude I get is...not my problem. I asked for a call from them and a month later have yet to hear from them.

I have been renting from this company for three years. They are okay, I am just upset that they raise the rent every year(the last leasing company didn't-I guess I was spoiled by them). I live in a very nice condo(2bedrooms, 1 bath), with a washer and dryer and all electric appliances, and I pay $615 a month, which is actually very cheap for the area I live in. My leasing agent is very nice, and I have no major complaints.
