The Science Center is a great place to go for all ages. It has FREE ADMISSION. You do have to pay for parking which is $8. Their are exhibits that are extra at the science center but there is still plenty to see and do for free. The place is HUGE so it will take quite a while to see it all.

The Science Center is just an amazing place - it always has been and they just keep getting better. They make it a lot of fun for kids to learn about something that is normally a hard concept to grasp for many kids. They often change thinsg around so each time you go back there are new things to discover and explore. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is always very clean - including the bathrooms. Keep an eye out for buy one get one tickets for the Omnimax - theyare floating around.

The St. Louis Science Center is one of our favorite family trips. We spend pretty much the entire day inside and each get to see everything we want. It is a very practical science lesson and includes all fields of science from biology to physics. There are experiments that pertain to all of us from my 3 yr old up to me.

This world-class attarction is another jewel in St. Louis' FREE attractions crown. There are over 4 levels to explore, as well as an IMAX theater and an exhibition space for traveling shows. It's really quite impressive. There is a charge for some of the events, but the main part is free, and there's even free parking available. My daughter is 2 years old and I take her every few weeks. Kids just love it.

This place is wonderful. I took my 2 year old and 5 year old son as well as my mother in law -- we thought we would be in there for an hour or two. I think we left as they were locking the doors! This place is so amazingly stimulating. It is clean, safe and welcoming to kids of all ages. My sons loved it and we certainly will be going again and again!

This is a great getaway for the whole family. Kids have plenty to do from exploring in Discovery room to checking out the giant T-rex named Sue in the lobby.Must see for anyone that likes to tinker and play with stuff. The science center has a lot of really cool information about the area and it gives you the opportunity to get beyond that boring text book education stuff. Lots of stuff to play with for kids and adults. The Omnimax theater is four stories tall and shows 2 shows throughout the day. It has a state-of-the-art wraparound dome. The sound system is awesome.

This center includes an IMAX theatre and a planetarium. There is something here for kids of all ages and they also have lock-ins and birthday parties available. The cost is not cheap, but there is so much to do that you will be there for several hours.

PROS: great adventures
CONS: a bit pricey

The Science Center is a wonderful place to take your kids on the weekends and explore every science imaginable with them. From astronomy to weather to architecture, this place has it all. The coolest part is where you can stand over the highway and clock the speed of people driving down Interstate 64.

The St Louis Science Center has enough to keep people of all ages entertained for a couple hours for free. For a reasonable fee, you can also catch an OmniMax show or a show at the Planetarium. Kids will have lots to keep them busy and entertained. There are quite a few interactive exhibits where even adults can be entertained. I love the puzzle exhibits myself and find myself challenging my friends to solve them when we go. Worth the visit.

Whether it is raining or snowing or 103 degrees outside, you can always take refuge in the St. Louis Science Center. Be sure to see the dinosaurs up close and hear them growl, learn about conseravation, and see the laser show up on the wall. Food is affordable and fairly good.

The Science Center in St. Louis is another great FREE attraction. You may have to pay to park if you can't find a close spot but it is well worth it.

There are several levels and each contains many neat exhibits. Some are interactive and great fun for all ages.

There are several attractions you can go into for a fee that include the Omnimax theatre. Seeing a movie there is a great experience. The screen wraps around the theatre for a lifelike adventure. Its well worth it.

The have a food an snack bar and it makes for a great day.

This is so much fun for kids and adults. There is so much to do and every couple of months they have different exhibits. We went to the space one and my son loved it. The kids have so much fun and actually learn a lot too. I think it is worth it to go at least once a year.

St. Louis outdid themselves with the Science center. It's another terrific attraction to the already fantastic Forest Park. The Science center offers activities for old and young alike. You could easily spend the day exploring the wonders of this place. It is nicely equipped in order to keep even the littlest scientist occupied. You could easily lose the afternoon here. If that does happen, "space" food, as well as other food is served. My family has spent many enjoyable days here.

This is a great science center, which is a wonderful place to take the kids for an afternoon of some fun. They have a fairly new planetarium here, and always have some show going on as well. They also have the famous IMAX which shows different features every few months (but don't do IMAX if you get motion sickness!).

Parking if I remember correctly will cost you a few bucks but the general admission to the science center is free.

Definitely take your family here. It's worth going to at least once, if not more.

They have an imax theater and lots of interactive activities for the kids to do. My kids favorite things are the big dinosaur display and the tunnel that goes over the highway that you can clock how fast people are going. You won't be disappointed with this place.

Both inside and outside, the Science Center is filled with activities so fun, you'll forget you are learning! You have to visit the Omnimax Theatre while you are there, it has some awesome movies! Be sure to pick up some astronaut ice cream(freeze dried) in the gift shop too, before you leave!

Now if you know your way around this area there is free parking on the street, but most likily you will either have to get there early or on an off day thats not so busy, weekends being super busy. School take loads of field trips here and for good reason, its very fun and educational and its free to get into to. Which by the way many sceince centers around the US are not free to get into. The specials exibits will cost you some money as well as the I max threatre. They put on science experments at certain times and have the audience join in on some of the fun answering questions and helping out with some things. There is lots to do and see even without paying the extra fees for the special stuff and its worth the trip.

The Science Center offers many hands on activties, experiments, and projects for the children or adults for the child in you! Admission is free, but parking does cost under 10 dollars. While here you can visit outer space, the human body, see dinosaurs, learn about weather, and the earth. The Science Center also has a Imax theater with a three-story movie screen that shows educational films which make you feel like you are actually in the movie itself. With over 600 activites here you are sure to not get bored.

The St. Louis Science Center is jam packed with fun thing for you and your children to experience. The best part is that it is free. You must pay for parking but that is reasonable. There are so many different exhibits and things for your kids to do that you could spend hours there.
