Unbelievably bad customer service

Andy estimated my shipment at $600, picked up the furniture and then raised the price to $1300. VERY nice until he has possession of your things. Then, he won't answer the phone or return calls and there is NO way to leave a message. Originally told me 7-10 days for shipment and it took 133 days. BEWARE
