We/ve been using O'brien for over 10 years for opening/closing, repairs, and general service. We've had big jobs done by them (installation of a gas water heater, etc.) and small jobs done by them (leak repairs, etc.). I trust their judgement on what needs to be done and their fairness in price of their service.
