my neighbor gave me thier number and told me to take my sick cat their and im glad i did she was found to have infection and abdcessed tooth and because of that she wasnt eatin and needed an iv and had to have her tooth pulled and needed to stay for 3nights and they were so nice u can call and check on your pet as often as u need and they will let u come and visit them when u want and thats in very comforting to a pet owner to know your pet is in great hands all the vets theri are great

I was not comfortable with them taking my dog into another room to give them their shots. They were very nice but they made me feel very uneasy. Had never been in that situation before and did not like it. I have since switched back to my old vet.

I've been taking my pets to Crest for over 25 years. Drs Lyle were a breath of fresh air. Not only do they take excellent care of your pets, but they call make multiple follow up phone calls to check on their health. Dr. Lyle diagnosed a problem with my dog and helped me find the most cost efficient treatment with still leaving her completely comfortable.

I've been taking my chihuahua to them for some time for an eye problem since I bought it, over a year. I was told it was congenital and would never go away so I bought drops to put in to treat it, which never did much good. While out of town, I took my chihuahua to a clinic there and they prescribed drops which have CURED THE PROBLEM within 6 months. So I don't know why they told me it would never go away. And they didn't prescribe the stuff that cured her. They aren't very responsive or cost-conscious either.

PROS: The veterinarian is personable.
CONS: Not friendly or helpful and don't seem to try to be cost-aware for you.

We have used Crest Animal Hospital for almost 10 years. We have 2 cats & two dogs. Many of our neighbors recommended the office to us after a bad experience with another local vet. My dog had a serious illness and almost died. She was hospitalized for almost 10 days. The staff allowed me to stay with her in the hospital. They often worked around me allowing me to coax my dog to eat to regain her strength when they were unable to get her to eat. They also called us anytime they were there after hours so that we could be with her. I appreciate how caring they are towards animals and the owners.

I found everyone here to be pretty nice. My only problem is that the veterinarian told me she was taking my puppy to trim his paws and she then gave him all the shots she wanted to without ever telling me or getting consent. I don't know if this is normal or not. I would think that if a vet were going to take my pet away from me into another room, she should tell me exactly what she was going to do. I guess next time I will be more specific about what I want done.
