Academy of Fine Arts Dance Studio is in it's second location since opening years ago in Columbia. My second daughter took dance class there, not by my choice. She went with a daycare provider. I was not happy with the way the dance studio ran things. It seemed to me that the performances were very competitve and the students had to were make-up to perform (at age 4??). The studio also required the students to have expensive costumes to be able to perform in the performances. The instructors were super strict. Maybe this dance studio is for more serious students and not for children who just want to have funa nd try something new. I would not recommend this dance studio to someone who's child just wants to try something new and have fun.
