St Louis Carousel

The carousel here is amazing. The detail on this thing isbeautiful. It is very cheap to rige (I think $1 a ride) and there are also coupons floating around for buy one get one. The gallery side always has something great to look at...sometimes at a charge, sometimes free. Worth the stop...along with the butterfly house next store!

This place has a huge carousel that is over a hundred years old. It has been fully restored and the kids and adults can take a ride on it. It is just beautiful! They also have on the grounds, a historical village of early St.louis history. There are several old homes and such, set in a small village to walk through. Very nice..

The kids love going out to this enormous carousel even more than the ones in the malls. The detail on the animals is just amazing and their gift shop carries some great hard-to-find items for the carousel lover.
