Ultimate Bride

Though they do have a great selection of gowns, their staff is far below average. Plus, the consumer is certainly paying for their selection - the average person cannot easily afford to buy there.

I went to The Ultimate Bride to purchase my maid of honor dress. When I ordered my size, the saleslady told me that I "should take up walking to lose weight." I wasn't overweight and I'm not now, but after that experience I would not return there. On top of making me feel lousy, my dress was also frayed at three seams and at the hem. Though I had never worn the dress, the bridal shop would not repair my dress.

I'm now shopping for my own wedding, and I am not going to waste my time at The Ultimate Bride.

PROS: good selection
CONS: terrible, unhelpful staff

This place was nice. The gowns are all over $1000 and not many are around that price. If you are looking to spend a lot they seem knowledgable and helpful.

This store is not the greatest, and I've heard of many others who have had similar experiences here where they were treated rudely by the staff because they didn't look a certain way or look like they had the right amount of money to spend. They definitely judge a book by it's cover here, which is a shame, because even the most rich people don't necessarily dress like it all the time.

Even if you do have the money to spend here, I wouldn't recommend it simply because of how snobby they are to so many people. There is no excuse for rudeness like that to anyone.

I went to this store to look for brides maids dresses. They were not helpful and they were very rude to me! This place has a lot of very expensive merchandise and they made me feel like I was not good enough to shop at their store. I know they do prom dresses to. I do not like this place because they made what should have been a fun experience, a horrible experience. I felt that they were very snotty.

PROS: They have very high end gowns.
CONS: They are very rude!
