My overall experience with Landmark had been a nightmare. I purchased a 2011 SUV back in February 2013. Not even a week after having it, I noticed several problems. While on the highway the brake system locked up and would not disable.

We went to Landmark on Oct 8,2012 JUST TO LOOK at trucks. Hubby was bummed about our recent car purchase and wanted to explore getting a truck. 7 hours later, he had his truck and I was pissed off. 30k, 7 hours of sitting there and you get an empty gas tank?? But I understand that now, they got their asses sued a couple of years back for tacking on that $250 admin fee. So as punishment they no longer fill up cars. So after much debate and being really pissed at the hubby I go back to get the 2011 Ford Edge the car we traded in on the 12th. In 4 days the price of the car went up $7000, I let it be known that I wasn't paying a dime over what we traded it in for. The used car sales manager then lets us know that he had put money into it. Mind you NOTHING had changed on the car. I don t know what planet this guy lives on but there is NO SUCH THING as a $7000 detail job. Even though I love the sales guy we worked with, the whole experience sucked. Lesson learned for the both of us. We will stick with Carmax from now on at least they LET you know they are screwing you in the beginning.....

This was the worst car buying experience ever. I went in because they were advertising a 2011 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4x4 for the price of $22988.00. They offerred me $21,000 for my trade in, which I still owed $28,000 on. So when you take the $7000 difference and add to the sale price of the truck, I shold have been financing $29988.00. However that was not the case. When it came time to sign the paperwork, they did all of this weird stuff, which said that I am paying $39000.00 for the new truck and that they are giving me $29000.00 for my trade in and none of the figures made sense. So stupid me, since I lowered my payment $25 month and my interest slightly I signed the papers. However, after I went and reviewed my paperwork, I noticed I did not get all of the rebates!!! This is why I endend up financing $34000.00 for a $22,000.00 dollar truck! I went back and questioned them on their "FUZZY MATH" and the finance director got all frustrated and then brought in this guy named Steve Fletcher. Apparently Steve Fletcher is the owner of this joint. So I was asking him questions, and he immediately got very defensive about it and stated I was accusing him of stealing and on and on, literally yelling at me!! I asked him why is he so defensive, I thought perhaps there was an error made on my paperwork, not that they were stealing. Then he began to cool down. Well the bottom line is this: They are right, I am wrong, I got ripped and now I have to pay for this truck for then next six years. I could not go out and sell this truck for even $20,000.00, yet I owe $34,000. So if you don't want to get ripped off, then I would not buy from here!!!

Also, they don't tell you until after you sign the paperwork, that the vehicle does not have a key FOB, they don't offer loaner cars for service, nor do they offer a shuttle service when you take in for service either. Home of warehouse pricing my you know what!!!

I will never shop there again!!!

I purchased a used car from them and they didn't budge on the list price, however acted as if they did me a huge favor. After driving the car off the lot, I had to immediately go to a gas station and fill up because they left the car on EMPTY. This isn't my first car purchase but it is by far my worst experience. I've never purchased a car new or used and been left on empty. This is just one of the many issues I was unhappy about. They can keep the $35 it would have cost to fill the car up and continue to get poor reviews. I will not purchase from them again nor would I recommend this dealership to any friends or family.

They were able to find us the exact vehicle we wanted and we received a very competitive and fair quote. Everything from the negotiations to the final paperwork and delivery went very smoothly. We felt respected, and appreciated the non-pressure environment. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

A 2006 Program Car was bought from this dealership and sign a contract to purchase on 6/12/07. The finance manager asked me to write a personal check for the entire amount of the car and he will hold it until I get the certified check from my bank this happened on 6/13/07. I told them if the funds show up in my account by Friday I would bring a certified check then. They let me take the car at that time even though I did not ask for it. On Friday, the salesman called me asking when will I be back at the dealership and I told him, Monday, 6/18 I will have the certified check. He immediately transferred me to the Finance Mgr and this is what the Mgr said?. ?You know that your check is not good and you?ve been driving the car the owner did not want you to drive the car until the final transactions were made.? I told him, I did not asked take the car in the first place and he should know that my personal check is not good until I get the funds. The car was returned on Friday to the dealership.

Mon., June 18 at 7:00 P.M. transactions was completed, I took the car home and the oil light came on, found out fluid levels were low. The Service Dept took care of the fluid level, no charge since I just bought the car this is on 6/25/07. I mentioned to the Service Mgr. that it also need a slight alignment and I was told that another appointment has to be made for that one which is July 5th.

When I picked it up from getting aligned, the cost is $110.71. I asked the cashier that why do I need to pay for it when I just got the car. She called the General Manager and he told me that he don't owe the alignment and who knows what I did with the car after a month of buying it. It was not even month since I took possession. Obviously for $110.71, Mr. James Brightwell, will severed the dealership reputations and did not want repeat buyers.

Cons: They only know you at the time of purchase and ignore you afterwards.
