If value is what you're looking form than this is a good place. It's convenient to all the downtown areas and offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. There's a great breakfast buffet in the morning which makes it very easy to be ready and on the go early.

The service here is friendly and courteous. Rooms are pretty large, clean, and comfy. The pool was also fairly large and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Restaurants and shopping is in the vicinity of the hotel. The exercise room was nice. The view from our room was beautiful. The decor was tasteful.

By first look the outside of the Sheraton is a interesting building to look at (beautiful), the lobby is georgous, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The hotel is located next to the Metro station. I would definately stay here again.

Very disappointed

We stayed overnight at this hotel a few days ago and were extremely disappointed. We felt there were two redeeming qualities- it is only a block away from the Scottrade Center (we were visiting for a hockey game) and the room we stayed in was a very spacious suite. The service was very disappointing. When calling the front desk, I had to call two times and had to let the phone ring for about a minute before someone actually picked up the phone, only to give me the wrong information. The hotel's restaurant closed relatively early (9 pm) and the room service was not only extremely slow, they didn't bring everything that we needed and they didn't have one of the desserts that we ordered. The service was not characteristic of a hotel which costs this much per night. Next time we might stay at the hotel in Union Station. It was a few blocks away but the service was similar to the Sheraton and it was much cheaper.
Pros: Proximity to Scottrade Center and Busch Stadium
Cons: Service is extremely poor; Very over-priced
