We had family portraits taken 3 weeks before I was diagnosed with a form of breast cancer and I asked for the receptionist (hates her job obviously) to post the pictures again to the website, so that I may order them after the surgery, infection, hospitalization, and you know, initial fight for my life (approx. 2 months). This request has been made 2 more times since they were original posted, by me, but I am still waiting for this to happen. I called and asked if I could just go to the studio to order my prints. I was then told, "your gonna need an appointment". When I said, "ok, can I get one of those then?" She told me that she was with another client and would need to call me back. No problem, only she didn't call me back either. 6 months later, still fighting to order my prints. Are you kidding me, who does that? The photographers name was Steve. We liked him, but he told us they would be able to be viewed within a couple days of the shoot, he should have said, weeks, a couple of weeks. From the proofs I was able to see, he took nice pictures. I would call and complain, but no one wants to participate in customer service, so it won't get me anywhere anyway. All I want are the pictures of my family that we paid to have taken! I didn't even want a discount for all the rudeness. I still only want my pictures and the option to order them!

My husband and I used Sanders and Ross when we were married 3 years ago. The photographer we had was awful. When my pictures came back I was heart broken because of the poor quality. When I called to complain I spoke with one of the owners who agreed the pictures were below standard and said that he had spoken with our photographer regarding that. He felt the need however to point out that we had purchased the least expensive package. And the reason the photographer didn't even get any pictures of me getting ready for the wedding was because I arrived late. (there were NO traditional pics of me getting ready and as the owner pointed out none of just me like is also traditional) I had arrived late but when I got to where our wedding took place he was still taking pictures of my husband and the groomsmen. While I was getting ready he came and introduced himself to me and then just stood around and paced the hallways instead of taking pictures of my wedding day. I look at other people's wedding photos and get a rock in the pit of my stomach b/c i will never have the beautiful pictures that we hired someone to capture on the most important day of our lives.

We used the Ross side of Sanders and Ross Photography back before they were together. He did a very nice job on all of our photography and our videography. He was very patient listening to our requests. The only complaint we had with him was that it took sooooo long after the wedding for just the together pictures (we had our seperate ones down before hand). We missed half of our reception! As far as quality and price though, absolutely no complaints, he did a great job for us.
