Did a great job and kept me informed about my vehicle. My car had some running problems for quite sometime. Had it at several shops that either fixed the wrong thing or couldn't tell me what was wrong. I was highly recommended by a friend to see these guys. Yes they told me up front about some of the tests they may have to run and gave me an idea of the cost for the testing assuming worst case scenerio. I'm sure it takes time to figure things out correctly!! I was amazed they were able to find the problem and repair it correctly the first time unlike all the other previous shops. They do a great job of giving you personal and friendly attention. The staff is personable and in my opinion very trust worthy. The issue got fixed for a lot less money than I was expecting to pay!! Don't know about these other reviews but I'll be recommending these guys to everyone!!! KUDOS!!

My family is new to the area. We were highly recommended and we can see why. We got great service and the staff seemed highly experienced about our car troubles. We were also told about other issues that weren't related to out main problems. We were not pressured to do any other the other additional repairs. They just made some good recommendations. Not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for. We wanted the job done right with quality parts and a good warranty. We will recommend these guys to anyone from now on!!

They always give outstanding customer service and excellent work (completed correctly the first time). There staff is extremely knowledgable and courtious. They explain in detail what problems they find of my concerns and talk you through the pros and cons of doing the work or not.

This is my one-stop for all my car problems and questions. I've been going here for several years and the staff has always been friendly and honest. They always get my car back to me when they say they will and there's never any pressure to get any additional services, just well-meaning and professional advice. They treat my little piece of junk as if it were their own vehicle. :)
Pros: Great and prompt service
I've been taking my cars here for almost ten years. They are always friendly, and always helpful. I trust them completely especially since I know nothing about cars. They are informative and thorough, which can be overwhelming, but they do it with the customer's best interests in mind. There is never any pressure for doing anything, just honest, up-to-date recomendations on what is priority. Highly recomend. I won't take my cars anywhere else.
Pros: Friendly service, reliable work, honest, quick, efficient
Cons: Price, but you get what you pay for
The staff at Wornall Automotive is great. They do great work at reasonable prices. The get repairs done in a timely manner. I have been using them since 2007 and have always had great service.
