Love Sign of the Arrow! It's great for unique gifts; I always find something for that person "who has everything". They have great St. Louis items, Tervis tumblers, sorority gifts, and the prettiest silver pieces. I wasn't a needle pointer, but now I've made a few keychains and ornaments.

Sign of the Arrow is a very unique shop. First of all, it is non-profit and staffed by volunteers, so the profits go to local charities. It's a needlepointer's paradise. They are known for their beautiful needlepoint belts, but they have lots of other canvases and wonderful threads. They do custom work too, so they can design pillows, belts, pictures or just about anything. The gift side of Sign of the Arrow is wonderful! They have things you won't see anywhere else in St. Louis. You can find everything from cute $10 gifts, to lavish serving dishes. They have a huge selection of sorority items, too. It's a must see!

This place is really neat. You can design your needle point belt and then take it home and make it. Once it's made, you just return it to the store and they make it into the belt for you. It is somewhat expensive though.
