Efthim Company has been working with me for many years as I've struggled to hold on to my rental property. I'm probably not the best landlord, but I really appreciate the professionalism they've displayed and I especially appreciate the patience they've shown for me over the years; that's really made the difference between me foreclosing or keeping it. They have a referral from me any time they ask. I absolutely highly recommend them. I'm looking forward to my ongoing work with them to make sure we make the best out of the property.

First off, let me say that I love my unit. However, my encounters with Efthim Realty have been so terrible that if I could legally walk away from my contract, I would. My calls were rarely returned, and when they were, I felt like the company was almost hostile.

At move in, the unit had not been cleaned and bags of trash from the previous tenant were in still in the unit. There was damage to walls and window sills that had not been repaired. However, an agent had conducted a walk through with the previous tenant and some how approved the unit for move in.

Maintenance responded in a reasonable time to the initial request for repairs. Overall, they appear to do minimal upkeep, and the unit has not been painted in 6 years and the "spot" painting has left dirty walls and very visible spots of paint.

not happy with them. Maintenance issues were never totally resolved...just patched. Leaky ceilings, electrical issues, appliance issues...ALWAYS problems.

I cannot put into words what kind of sadness, hurt, hopelessness, complete loss of everything in my life, that Efthim has put me through this year. All I can say is am so lucky someone agreed to shelter me. The conditions of their buildings are utterly disgusting and infested. Please be sure to ask a lot of questions of building history and what they would be willing to do if their negligence destroyed everything you own and you had nowhere to go. TWICE. Merry Christmas. Night night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite.....SERIOUSLY.

Very bad. I hired the Efthims to manage a small apartment building I owned. They engaged in bait and switch tactics. The quality of their customer service was horrible. The quality of their service and repair work was substandard. Angry, hostile, contemptuous, arrogant, rude and offensive are how I would describe their personal behavior. In my opinion the Efthims are among the very worst. A lost client

I would stay as far from them as possible!! I have 3 buildings that they so called managed. They are VERY VERY BAD, but they had no problems over-charging me for maintenance.

i am a current tenant. have had nothing but problems with the property since i moved in, not limited to a bad hot water heater, bad furnace, and leaking roof--and i have only lived here for a month and a half! customer service is terrible, employees range from rude to downright incompetent. be sure you think long and hard before dealing with efthim.
