We've been using this daycare since I started back to school in June 2009. I had been a telecommuter, so keeping my son home with me wasn't a problem. Going back to school, though, meant finding childcare.

I toured the facility, spoke with teachers and the owner, checked references, and decided to try them out. I'm so glad I did! My son has had a blast there and has really blossomed. As an only child, he wasn't getting a lot of social interaction being home with Mommy all day, and the teachers are great with giving the kids attention. In fact, all the teachers know my child's name, not just the ones in his class! I have been very impressed with that!

Not only has he grown socially, but his mental development has just taken off! The classrooms are decorated with stimulating pictures, the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and shatterproof mirrors. Teachers play games, sing songs, and work on things like ABCs and 123s. The kiddos have all manner of toys to play with, and sharing is definitely encouraged! ;)

My son just moved up to the 2-yr-old room, and they're already working on potty training! In fact, his teachers and I are working together to coordinate our potty training efforts!

I'm just so very happy with this service so far. Yes, the menu looks the same week after week, but so do school menus. The most important thing is that the menu offered is packed with well-balanced nutrition. My son's pediatrician really approved of what was being offered when I showed her.

I haven't smelled or seen any mold yet, so I'm not sure how to respond to that statement. Perhaps it's in the other building? I really find it hard to believe since they seem to really take care of everything.

Pros: Friendly, caring staff; Personal attention

Cons: A little pricy, but worth it

I WOULD not bring your child to this daycare center. If you want your child to be ignored and neglected then by all means- this is for you. The downstairs reeks of mold They get the SAME meal every week. The snack variety is lame. The playground is remotely - if you count it falling apart on your children and giving them monstrous splinters. The teachers are either sitting on their butt or on their phone. Do NOT bring your child here.
