Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I called About Town Plumbing ( Now Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) to come give me an estimate to replace a shower fixture in my master bathroom. I had already pinpointed to problem and knew what needed to be replaced. The receptionist on the other end of the phone was nice but rattled on and on about the service call and briefly mentioned something about a $50 charge if the work was done. The guy that came out was very nice, but at the end wanted to charge me $50 just for the estimate. I wouldn't have had that much of a problem with it, but they were $200 more expensive than any other plumber so far and I hadn't had to pay for any previous estimate. He finally wrote it off and left, but i was very upset that this charge was not more clearly stated up front.

My bathroom sink was corroded and stopped up. It needed to be fixed asap since it is the only bathroom in our house. About town plumbing was there when they said and delivered a top class service. I would recommend them to anyone!!
