We were surprised and delighted that they have so much to choose from! My Husband and I bought a wedding set there that suits us well. We like to take our time making decisions when we shop and they didn't rush us, we looked at many rings before we decided. After we chose our rings we thought we would still have to go to another jewelry shop to have them sized but they do it there and had them all ready for us the next afternoon. My friend said my new rings cost us less than her modest set and now she wants to go in there and see what she can get for what they spent on hers. We'll be back again soon.

This comapny is BS. they dont respect anyone and are out to F all of us over. I pawned my tv for $70 there(in the past I have pawned it for $100 there). I have been low on cash so i asked them if i could keep my tv in pawn for more time. they said it was fine as long as i paid the intrest each month by the 14th, so i did so. So it was time to make a payment this month and i was outta town when it was due so i had my girlfriend make the payment for me, so she did so. I went in a few days later to get my tv out and guess what, it was sold. So i talked to the manager about the situation and he told me it was my fault. When my girl went in to make a payment she told them it was for the tv. well the pawn people said she came in and didnt say which product she wanted to make a payment on, so when she made the payment they took the payment and put it towards the earings i had in pawn(even though the payment for the earings wasnt due, the employee did it that way, therefore i forfit my tv, cause the payment was sent to the wrong product). They said it was my fault because she didnt make sure the employee was doing his job right. There susppose to have anyone who makes a payment sign a piece of paper saying what they made a payment towards(but they didnt have her sign it even though if she would of, she might of discovered that the payment was for the wrong product.but she didnt. They didnt even give her a recipt for what she paid(but they said they dont give recipts unless its your product. which i'm fine with, but when you don't have her sign anything verfying what she paid on. thats where i have a problem. But they insisted it was my fault and issues, so I'm SOL on a 32inch jvc flat screen tv that i GAVE to them for a pawn of $70. Do not do business with this company. They are unfair and dont care about there customers. when i went in to talk about what was going on, the manager Tim didnt want to hear it, he though he was right and didnt want to hear anything i had to say. Also called my girlfriend a liar because she did say what product she wanted to pay for. Isnt that your employees job to make sure the payment is going to the right product and that all the proper paperwork is filled out correctly, no I guess not. I will makew sure i go outta my way to ensure anyone i know to not do business with this comapny.

Gold Exchange is a pawn shop and you never know what you might find! I've seen some beautiful wedding rings and gold necklaces here before. The last time I went in the staff didnt seem that excited about taking the time to show me items. I also thought the prices were a bit higher than usual for the items they had displayed. The selection can change from day to day so it's a fun place to just drop in on and see if you can find a good bargain.

PROS: Sometimes good bargains
CONS: Priced a bit high last time I went in.
