I recently had some weather damage occur to my leaded glass panel in my front entryway. Art Glass Unlimited sent out the estimator who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within a few days, the repair man came out and fixed the broken glass and lead.
The glass matched perfectly and you can't even tell anything had been replaced. They were a little more expensive than another estimate I received, but I'd rather pay a little more to have it done correctly the first time.
They did an excellent job!

They contacted me the next day after submitting my needs on line and they were able to start on my project immediately. Even though my work was small they said it would be a week but in less than 3 days the repair was comleted and I had my window back. I'd call that excellent customer service. Oh, at a fair price.
