Holper's is professional, efficient and responsive on the initial set up and trapping of moles, however, if you have new activity, they are not responsive at all. I had to contact them at least 3 different times for new mole activity and then they came out and stated that they did not see any. I believe it is to run out the time for free trapping which ends yearly in December, requiring existing customers to have to pay for initial trapping all over again.
When you have stinging insects or rodents, the other pest control companies recommend Holpers. THey were able to locate a yellow jacket nest in our attic in the middle of the summer and take care of it instantly. They are also great for getting rid of snakes, moles, squirrels and BATS. Don't mess with this stuff yourself, call Holpers. Their rates are very reasonable and they are fast in responding to your needs. Terrific customer service too.
