Travel Haus of St. Louis has been ranked as the #1 Honeymoon Agency in the bi-state area for over 17 years. Our service is superior to others by the fact that we deal daily with the hoteliers and wedding coordinators in Mexico & Caribbean. Contacts like these are NOT just a phone call away. Not every person is 100% satisfied with anything, so to see a few bad reviews is typical. If you have any problems with Travel Haus please contact us and tell us.. \r\n\r\nSunny Regards,\r\n\r\nMike

This company not only saved me time, but save our groups thousands of dollars.. I found the dog friendly office to be more helpful than most service oriented businesses. Everyone in the office was so nice and willing to assist me and my fiance with our destination wedding.\r\n\r\nWe highly recommend Travel Haus of St. Louis. \r\n\r\nMelissa C.

We booked our week long trip to Hawaii for my husband's 40th birthday and it was fabulous. Travel Haus recommended the Hilton Hawaiian Village which was amazing and we would definitely stay there again. We had a little issue with a plane delay and called Gayle; she booked us on another flight which was then covered by our travel insurance. Thanks to Travel Haus it was a great vacation!

From the beginning of our, we'll call it, adventure, with Travel Haus of St Louis, problems were overwhelmingly present. There were issues with costs (increasing as we began to book), due dates (invitations were late and insufficient), luggage issues (not relaying important luggage information--like we can't hang your wedding dress or suit on the plane, please ROLL IT UP IN YOUR SUITCASE), booking issues (double booking members--almost preventing their departure from Mexico), insufficient dress code information (not telling the males to bring closed toed dress shoes resulting in being asked to leave a restaurant at the resort that we paid over 30,000 dollars to have our wedding at--problem was not in bringing them, just not being told to bring them), and the biggest issue of all - broken promises and possibly stealing by deceit. We were promised spa credit when we booked our trip. While on our honeymoon, we booked our spa treatments, only to find we did not have spa credit. Because it was such a large amount of spa credit, it was the selling point in choosing the resort and Travel Haus for that matter. Travel Haus was called instantly, only to tell us, ""oops, apparently there were specific dates and you don't actually qualifiy for the spa credit."" We were floored. The resort, The El Dorado Royal, offered us a couple's night time massage, the night before we left, for which during the conversations with Travel Haus, they've attempted to take credit. There are so many other travel agencies in this great city, please take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Cons: TOO MANY TO LIST

.

To keep it plain and simple we had quite a few issues with Travel Haus including incorrect flight information regarding baggage, double bookings, no bookings, dress code issues at the resorts restaurants, no place to travel with wedding dress the list goes on and on. The biggest problem was they sold us a destination wedding package which they promised a promotion of $900 in spa credits while we were there on our honeymoon. Travel Haus got the dates wrong, the promotion wasn't good until the following month so we had to eat the mistake on our honeymoon. Good company's apologize and make things right. Not Travel Haus, Mike Schellhase, the owner's style is blame the customer and then run and hide. It has been over a month and he can't even return phone calls or emails. Take my word, find a different Travel Agency.
