Pool King Recreation Inc

I've been a loyal customer for many years, and have always received excellent service from the staff there. They've been there for as long as I can remember. I've had long waits early in the swimming season, but i always consider it worth my time. The advice has been excellent, although for advanced, detailed info I'd ask for the manager. Seems like the younger employees, although nice, lack experience. When compared to other pool stores this place is above the bar. I've also price shopped many supplies around town, and pool king is consistently lower than everyone else on the exact same items. After having been to other pool stores, I'm happy spending my hard-earned money at pool king, and will continue to do so.

I've called the South County location a couple times, and the same girl has answered the phone each time. She's not very friendly at all, nor does she seem to know much of anything. Sometimes it's like talking to a dead phone line; no response until you say "Hello??? Are you still there???" Don't know about their service beyond this because this was enough to turn me away from Pool King and move on to another pool company.

This place is okay, but they do have a limited selection of pool chemicals and their prices are about the same as other, larger pool stores. They do also sell pools and spas, and have a decent amount on display for you to check out.

The staff has always been helpful here and can usually answer any questions that you may have. The only reason I do not shop here often is because of their limited selection and quantities of the supplies I do use for my pool.

This is a ok pool place it is hard to get help. They act like they dont want to help unless you are buying a pool. So if you need chemicals dont go here to get help you will feel short changed. They also always have young kids working so maybe they wouldnt be too much help anyways
