When I bring my business to a local company, I expect to pay a little more in exchange for quality service and customer care. It's really a shame that Waldo Pets is unable to provide either. The staff was absent at best, the inventory abysmal, and though I purchased a simple fish bowl and supplies at a startling $21.00, the fish were not in stock. Three visits later, the fish are still not in. I am so disappointed in this store that I'd rather buy from even Walmart. They have every kind of pet you can imagine! Our favorite part is watching the sharks in the shark tank and feeding the fish. The puppies are fun to watch and talking to the birds is always a blast. It's well worth the trip into town for us. It's fun to make an afternoon of going to visit this pet store! They also have a huge variety of pet supplies!
