I went in with two of my bridesmaids a few weeks ago. I picked out the dress I wanted and my two friends ordered it at full price. My wedding was still 9 months away and I was told I had plenty of time to get my other bridesmaids in to order. Just today (still 8 months before the wedding), one of my bridesmaids happened to go in and was told that the dress is now on limited availability. They had her size in the right color, but there is no guarantee that they will have the sizes and colors for the other 4 bridesmaids. The worst part is that if they don't have the dresses for the other girls, they will not refund their money. They will only exchange them for a different dress.
When I called they said there is always a risk this can happen, but I was never told this. In addition, no one was ever going to notify me that the dress had moved to "limited availability." Had my one friend not stopped in, chances are I would have had to choose a completely new dress (only to probably once again have the dress moved to "limited availability.")
I was not happy with the service I received. I was not given any options other than, "you can exchange the dress for another one." I would have even been happy with a small store credit.
With such a large company you would think they would have procedures in place to ensure their customers are satisfied. Unfotunately, I will not recommend David's Bridal to any of my friends.

I bought my wedding gown here and saved a lot of money but only since I am a size 4. I bought a dress off the sale rack. The smaller sizes had much better selection. once it was clear I was buying off the rack I didn't recieve much customer service.
PROS: Great dress at a great price
CONS: No customer service, especially without an appointment

I love davids bridals dresses but I hate that you have to make an appointment. When I want to stop by and try on a dress I should be able to without a snobby sales lady telling me to call and make an appointmen

This was the worst experience ever. I went to their huge sale well it turned out not so big only save $50 off my dress well the worth part it was suppose to be in at 2 weeks well when i called they could not find it . I kept calling and every time i would hear the same story they would track it down and the girls on the phone were always so snotty well i finally call the may company who owns them talked to the head girl in charge she finally tracked it down 3 weeks before my wedding AWFUL!!
PROS: NONE
CONS: AWFUL STAFF AND SERVICE
