While I like Dr. Smith, who is very personable and gave me several free samples of medicines, the other doctor in her office left without a trace and dropped all of her patients, causing several of us without a doctor for our HMOs. The pricing scale is a bit unreasonable as well because they charge you an office visit when you call to talk to a doctor. The office is much cleaner than it used to be, and the staff is somewhat helpful.
