Took a down comforter to be dry cleaned. They made me pay up front for the cleaning, $19.20, and took my phone number and told me it will be ready in 10 days. However, I forgot it was in the cleaners and no one called. When I went back to pick it up, I was told that it had been donated, and they are not responsible because I left it there longer than 30 days. I'm betting my $250.00 comforter is now on some employees bed. Manger does not return phone calls.

I went in and took my clothes to be cleaned with heavy starch. I paid over 60.00 for this service and get home and see that my garments are poorly dry cleaned. I brought them back the next day and I was told no do overs, and no refund. I have a funeral to go to (father in law) and my clothes look like I slept in them. They have no management in house, the customer servcice lady doesnt answer the phone, and they have no knowledge on how to locate their franchise number. Consumers beware!

On 12/8/08, I paid for a service of around 10 shirts and slacks and requested heavy starch. I get home and I see that the garments are poorly dry cleaned. On 12/9/08, I went back tot he store and I am told I need to have these garments redone. I was told "no do overs". So i demanded a refund. I was told "no refunds". What type of business accepts payment for a service, and when the service is done poorly refuses a refund and refuses to rectify the situation. I have asked to talk to the manager, and I am told there is no manager in the store. I have asked for a franchise number, and i am told no one here knows it. This unsatisfactory. Be aware of this stores business practice, for you will be "chopped and screwed". I was then given a customer service phone number, which I was told works out of her home, that I was told to call on Tues-Thurs between 1200pm and 200 pm. And of course, no answer. You probably wont see many complaints because the complaint department doesnt pick up the customers phone calls. I will be adding this company to my Reserve Unit Bad Business Practice List. I can insure that any Reservist in the St. Louis Area wil no longer use this rip off company.
