I recently bought a 2013 ford fusion from Gary Crossley ford. My salesman was great. Not only did he help sell my wife and me our new car, but he made us have a good buying experience during the sale. However he made the mistake of saying our car came with "Sony Navigation". My car came with turn by turn directions. HUGE DIFFERENCE. We made the sale extremely easy by having all the financing done before we even went to the dealership basically a check in hand. So we were in and out. That night we realized our brand new car had a broken paddle shift, a broken rear passenger vent, red finger prints all along the ceiling around moon roof, possibly a blown speaker. Needless to say its been to the shop 3 times in the first month and it was BRAND NEW.
So i contacted management where i have been dealing with Gary Montoya who has taken very poor care of me. He does not return my phone calls, makes sarcastic remarks, and caused Gary Crossley Ford a sale. We were going to buy my wife a new escape, but no longer. My issue is still not resolved with this dealership and its been 3 weeks.

I am Aplan and i new exactly what i wanted kurt took the time to see what my needs where and find the right vehicle. I stoped buy thoughbred and as soon a the salesman found out i was Aplan and the one i needed they didnt have they just blew me off. i would recommend crossley ford to anyone!

I will never purchase a car from Gary Crossley Ford again.
The buying experience was terrible from the showroom experience thru dealing with the finance person. I would recommend a couple of folks at the dealership, but I'm going back to Thoroughbred Ford for sure next time where there is a lot less hassle and more courteous, customer focused people
treat you a lot better. Aug. 2010.

I just purchased a new car from Gary Crossley Ford, they did not have the car I wanted so they found one for me and went and picked it up. Everyone there was friendly and wanted to make us happy. Our salemans Toby is the best. So if you need a car ask for Toby he is great.

Last July I found on the Internet a 2008 Gt500 in the color that I was looking for at Gary Crossley Ford in Liberty. I made the trip to deal in person with Sam Dorsey and I offered the advertised Internet window sticker price of $47,700 cash. I was laughed at told no.. they wanted $5,000 over the Internet advertised price. In January I found the same car but a 09 at Danny Zeck Ford so I called and they would take below the sticker price of $47,700 so I made a phone call back to the sales manager Sam Dorsey at Gary Crossley to see if he still had his 08 and yes he did and he would take the sticker price now., I preceded to tell him that I could now find a 09 for less money and Sam told me that I was full of it and I did not have the money anyway and if I did I just needed to go buy it from Danny Zeck. So I did..Thanks for making my decision so easy.. My sales man Scott at Danny Zeck said it was the easiest sale he has ever made. Thanks Sam for being a big help by telling me to buy it from a another dealer.

They were able to make me a good deal on a barely used car. They were very friendly and worked with me to come up with a deal that worked. The show room was clean and comfortable. They were very quick with the paperwork. Follow up was good.

After we finished the sales process, we were waiting to sign the closing paperwork. The salesman came back and said they couldn't honor the deal as they had made a mistake in calculating the price. They then asked us for more money. We did go ahead, as we had already invested way to much time in the process. I would not purchase a car from this dealership again, and would warn others to beware as well.
