We felt this was the second best laser tag in Kansas City, but still lacking any real fun. The games, as with every arena in Kansas City are only 10 minutes, but that is fine we were happy to be done when it was over. Continual reloading need to play. This is never fun, running back and forth just so you can shoot some more. Never knew when you were being shot until your vest wouldn't work any more and it was time to run back across the arena and reload so you could play again. Technology, even in that equipment, is available to play and not have to reload all the time. Would not go back.
Hard to find and wasn't very clean or well kept. The cost doesn't matter if it is no fun.
I have played their paint-ball fields and had a great time. Thought I'd try the new laser tag field. Overall experience was positive. State of the art vests and guns with several play modes including invisibility, virus infection, rapid fire, energize mode, bonus points...the list goes on. Field has a nice quantity of barriers, ramps, and 24" drain tile tubes stood up vertical. The only con would be the short 7 minute game time. You play two 7 minute sessions...then take a 20 minute break followed by another two 7 minute sessions. It would seem to make more sense to increase the play time to 10 - 12 minutes and shorten the breaks to 8-10 minutes instead of 20. Would also be nice if they offered a membership package to help defray the cost of the $15.00 per 3 games. In summary, great equipment, great field, short sessions and too long of breaks. Despite the cons, I will go back.
