If you don't have a need for a major teaching facility in St. Louis, Des Peres is a great, out of the way little hospital that will serve all your needs. It seems that this little community hospital is the perfect place to go when your pediatrician says to take them in, just to be safe - when things are not a life and death situation. The staff is friendly and courteous, they typically do not have a huge wait, and it is a quiet, clean hospital.

I have had several opperations in my life. None of the hospitals I have been in have been such a helpful and well experience for me. From admitting to release I was treated with care and helped in anyway posible. The nursing staff was excellent, the surgical team was excelent, EVERYONE that I delt with was efficeint and made me feel well taken care of.
