The sales person will tell you that your item never goes on sale. Sure enough within a month it's on sale. Then when there IS a sale, they raise the "regular" price, so often the discount is more before the sale. Nice sales staff, good products, but they use bait and switch pricing. You would expect this from used car lot, but not a furniture store of this caliber. Very disappointed

My wife and I had a horrible experience with Arhaus. They delivered furniture that was poorly constructed and defective. We returned the initial shipment and 2 others as well. They were not helpful and mislead us on many occasions over the course of 6 months. We had purchased furniture from them in the past, but we will never buy from them again. They never attempted to cooperate with us or acknowledge that there was a problem. Unpack and inspect your furniture before the delivery people leave. Their customer service department is a misnomer. They don't provide any service. My wife and I had to figure out who to contact and how to get replacement pieces for the defective furniture by contacting their suppliers. They didn't return phone calls or follow through on their promises. We are regular people who were looking for our dream furniture and they delivered a nightmare. The positive review was from someone window shopping. If you buy from them, just be careful.

I have had the worst experience with Arhaus furniture. I give them 0 stars. My husband and I purchased a sofa with a sleeper in 2006. We purposely went to them for their quality as well as their lifetime warranty. We spent over 5K for our sofa! Having only used the sofa bed three times, the rivet came out of the sofa piece. We filed a complaint on May 16, 2008. After a month of no response, I called back and they finally sent out a technician. The technician told us this was a common manufacturing problem he had seen with their sofas. We didn't hear back from Arhaus again. I called them and they blew me off. I called them again and they said that the technician had not sent the report. I called again and they told us that it looked like customer damage and we would have to pay for it ourselves. I was very upset, considering we had only used the sofa bed three times, and we were accused of being abusive??? They finally agreed to fix the sofa and after calling them two or three times they had an extremely large part sent to our condo. They said they would send out the techincian, however they never did. We have left several messages with them, and they do not respond. It has now been four months since we filed our initial complaint, and the sofa is still not fixed and we have a huge box sitting in our entrance to our apartment. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy furniture from them again. We are most likely going to have to take legal action against them seeing as how we spend THOUSANDS of dollars for this sofa, and they can't even uphold their guarantee. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM ARHAUS.

Arhaus furniture has unique and quality furniture, however, they do not have good customer service. It took three (3) sales people to understand how their own products were to be sold. I simply wanted a sectional, and it took two (2) different visits to straighten out what fabric selections were available for this piece of furniture. Once this issue was resolved, and a pricey amount was paid, we were informed that delivery would be approximately 6 weeks. After 12 weeks and two (2) separate incorrect deliveries, we still do not have the piece of furniture we ordered. There have been problems with the store, the sales/management staff and with the warehouse. We are still hopeful that we will receive a complete sectional at some point, but I would not recommend this store to anyone, for any reason. I will say, the actual delivery people are very nice and apologetic.

Pros: Quality, selection

Cons: Price, customer service, delivery, trustworthiness

I knew this place was extremely expensive, but I just dropped in one day to look around. They have some great furniture, but I would never be able to afford any of it. THey have a lot of custom pieces and they had some great marble tables. If I hit the lottery I would definitely go here and get some things.

Arhaus furniture has some gorgeous, original pieces. Their furniture prices are higher than a lot of the chain stores, but their decorative pieces are very affordable. The store isn't very big, but it is not cramped by any means. This
