WE have been here twice for concers for hte kids and it is well managed, friendly, and security seems to be tight! There is food to eat and always souveniers to buy! Both times we have been there it has been great!

I love this place!!! The Savvis Center is centerally located in downtown St. Louis, MO. The Savvis is the home of the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club of the National Hockey League, as well as, the St. Louis Steamers of the Major Indoor Soccer League and the home for the Saint Louis University Basketball Billikens. The Savvis is a great place to watch a game or take in a variety of events over the year.

This is a fairly new arena, so it is still in very good shape and fairly modern in appearance and in its amenities. The Saint Louis Blues play hockey here, and there are many other events like concerts and large speaking conferences that use this venue as well. There is plenty of parking here as you may imagine, and it is easy to get in and out of. Definitely take in a hockey game here or go to a concert.

I have attended several sporting events (hockey) and several concerts here. I have sat both close and pretty far away from the action /stage and can say that all the seats are pretty good. Parking is a pain, the attached garage does not hold nearly enough for a capacity crowd.

PROS: Attracts pro sports and big name music artists
CONS: parking is hard to find and prices are pretty high for concessions

The Savvis Center is a wonderful place to see a concert or a hockey game. Despite its multipurpose nature, the Savvis Center is able to adapt to virtually any kind of event and provide a quality experience. Bigger name musicians utilize the entire arena, while smaller artists may use the new Conert Club, which provides an intimate experience by facing the end stage towards the smaller side of the arena rather than the larger. Also, the Savvis Center is a great location for watching a Blues hockey game. There is also ample amenities and facilities.

The Savvis Center is a great place to go see the St. Louis Blues hockey team or the Bilikins play. You can even go and see concerts and childrens shows here. There isn't a bad seat in the entire place even thou it's a big arena. The tickets for hockey games are a bit pricey, always well worth the money so go see the Blues in action!

I love going here to see concerts. The seats are set up so well that you never get the tall person in frottn of you they stagger them so well and it is such a large place you have room to move. It is so nice they also play sports in here too great place.

When the Savvis Center opened in the mid 1990's as the Kiel Center, it had quite a few skeptics. With it replacing the old Arena that had been open since the 1930's, it had very big shoes to fill. The pink seats that were there when they first opened the doors did not help.

Fast forward over 10 years later and they seem to finally have it right. The place is still very clean, professionally ran and is a very comfortable place to go. The wide variety of event they have there also makes the Savvis center a nice centerpiece for downtown entertainment. Although it might lack the charm of the old barn, the Savvis/Kiel Center is a nice place to take in an event.

I love concerts at the Savvis Center! This is such a nice place, although one drawback is that it is a lot more expensive than the UMB Bank Pavillion. They also have some sporting events. Check it out!

The Savvis Center is a large facility used for basketball games, hockey games, multi-genre music concerts, and other family type events. The St. Louis Blues Hockey Club and the St. Louis University Billikens basketball team call this home. I have seen Sesame Street Live and Smucker's Stars on Ice which are great for the entire family. Savvis Center celebrated its 10th anniversary in October 2004. In the past 10 years, over 17 million people have attended nearly 1,700 events at Savvis Center, from the Blues to the Billikens, from the Pope to Pavarotti, from Nine Inch Nails to NSYNC, from Elmo to elephants. Consistently honored as one of the busiest arenas in the country in terms of tickets sold, Savvis Center is grateful to the St. Louis community for its support and looks forward to the next 10 terrific years and more.
