Very good People to deal with. I have bought several cars from them over the years and I can tell you that they are damn good people to deal with and I will always do all my business with them. I would send anyone and everyone I know to them because I know they will be treated very well and with respect.

Very nice people. I have bought 2 cars from them in the last 3 years and even brought my grandma and mother up there to buy as well and we were treated very very well. We weren't treated like dumb women who didn't know anything. We were treated with a lot of respect and we always felt like we got a great deal when it was all said and done. Those people were very straight forward and fun to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone if they are in the market for a new car!!

If your looking for a wonderful experience trying to buy a car METRO FORD on noland road in independence missouri is not where you should go in my opinion. I told my sales azzhole before i went out there i was on a budget and what i could spend and then told him again the first day i went out there after 6 hours of BS i left the lot with no car and a bad taste in my mouth. After having my credit ran by a friend at another lot i realized they were full of shyt and just want more money from me. So i contacted them again feeling very confident that i could get the car i actually wanted the joker told me they were having some special deal this weekend and id prolly be able to do it then the azzhole comes back with his manger the "skinny azzhole" and he informed me i needed 8000 cash to get in that car. My asking payment was 350 there lowest on my 1st visit was 410 and then all of the sudden i need 8000 to get the payment where i needed it??? 8000 dollars to come down 60 bucks??? How the hell does that work? Bottom line they try and make you look like a moron and the only way that could happen is if you bought a car from them. Save your self a headache and go to McCARTHY. a+++++

Worst Dealership ever, I mean seriously I saw a vehicle I wanted call ahead to say hey this is what I can afford and if your able to meet that and they said well they can't do anything over the phone, but if you come in then we can see what we can do. I came in same day I called and spent over two hours negotiating the price and went about the amount I was going spend by $1500, so thinking to myself maybe I should really think about this before upping my offer since they want about another $1000 for the vehicle. I decided to leave and went home, the sales men decides to call me about an hour later saying sorry we couldn't sell you the vehicle were going to take a loss so I said "I went above the budget offer I told you over the phone before coming in and then I was like I can go another $200. Which was putting me at $17,700 and he said it needs be about 18K+, granted it's Valentines day weekend so I had dinner plans. I started receiving calls Monday, Tuesday to increase my offer and that they would sell it to me at $18,500 and I decided I'm really going to think before increasing my offer, then Thursday phone call comes in saying someone about to buy it can you pay $18,800 for it and I was like I'll keep looking. Next day I received another phone on Friday asking if I was still interested in the vehicle and I said "wasn't it sold yesterday" and they said "Yes it was" and I was wondering why are they calling, and they said coming on Saturday to see if we can get the same vehicle for you we have 17 at the auction for the current vehicle. I agreed and came in on Saturday to see what they had to offer and understanding they knew the exact vehicle I wanted and model and my price range. When I arrived at the appointment to see which vehicles they would be able to get for me from the auctions they said have a seat while we pull the list and look at the vehicles. I sat down they asked what I was looking for pretty much the same thing as the model they just sold minus the extra stuff on it I didn't need and guess what they said can you be in the 20k+ range and I was like, "Why did you call me back to come in and choose the vehicle if you knew my price range and what type I was looking for and you didn't have it". Again Worst dealership ever be wary before shopping there, seriously Metro Ford of KC, please don't waste people's time. I also said before coming in that I didn't want to waste anyone??s time if my budget was too low. List of vehicle $19,500. Run while you can!!!

I got in touch with Metro Ford over the internet to buy a new Ford Fusion. I emailed back and forth with the Internet Manager - Chris and was treated with respect the whole time. Chris answered my questions quickly and honestly and had most of the deal done before I even got there at the dealership. When I got to Metro Ford we finalized a few details and they even had my new Fusion Sport parked on their showroom floor in their delivery area. They introduced me to their service department, signed me up for SYNC updates and even paired my phone to the SYNC system in my car while Chris was showing me how everything on my car worked. When I was done going over the car with Chris I actually got to drive my new car right off of the showroom floor! That was pretty cool. I was surprised at how friendly everyone was despite the fact that they were all very busy. It seemed like they were really interested in making this an experience instead of something that I just absolutely had to do. If you're looking for the best price, no hassle and being treated with respect I recommend looking up Metro Ford and giving Chris a call!

I purchased a vehicle on Ebay and Metro Ford of Independence (on Noland Road) was the seller. I paid their ??Buy It Now? price for the car. I drove 90 minutes to finalize the transaction and drive the car home and at the very end they tacked on some never before mentioned dealer fees. BUYER BEWARE, if you think you have settled on a price, you have not. Even if it is a legally binding contract like Ebay, they will not sell you the car at the agreed upon price unless you pay their additional dealer fees. There was NO MENTION of these fees in the auction or on the phone when I spoke with the dealer MULTIPLE times. Granted, the dealer fees were $200 and that is not a lot of money considering the price of the car but it is the principle of the matter that made my buying experience one I will not repeat, ever, and I recommend you find a more honest dealer. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME.

Everyone was genuinely nice, attentive, knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured. However, best yet, their price beat everyone else's. Their service department and personnel are top notch. I really can't say enough good things about Metro Ford (and no, I'm not a relative of anyone at this dealership).

I had taken several vehicles to be serviced. As soon as you arrive they say hello be right with you or How may we help you today? They take excellent care of their customers. When you pick your vehicle up, they even valet it to were you are. I would go back any time.

I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my new Mustang. I had a very specific car in mind and they worked for several days to find me the exact car that I wanted. They drove all the way across the state to find the car. The saleman wasn't pushy and he worked with a very picky buyer! Great experience and will go back!
