Drenon Jewelry

I purchased my wife's diamond ring at Drenon twelve years ago and have not purchased anywhere else since. No matter how long between visits, they remember my name. Initially, I knew nothing about diamonds. They took hours to educate me and allowed me to decide how I wanted to spend my money. No pressure, just informed decision making. Great follow-up customer service. The person who rated them only one star must have already been having a bad day, have been a know-it-all, or have been rude to the Drenon folks. Throw out the low rating and the high rating from me. Believe the rest of the people. I think they would then average five stars. GREAT EXPERIENCE, HONEST STAFF!

I originally saw my engagement ring on a billboard and decided it was the one I had to have. My fiance' and I hunted down the store and are far more than pleased with our decision to go with Drenon. The environment is very professional, but relaxed at the same time, so you feel comfortable. Service like we received at Drenon will be hard to find anywhere else. The jewelry is as close to perfect as can be! I couldn't be happier with any other ring! I would recommend this store to everyone looking to purchase any kind of jewelry!

I absolutely love this store. My husband worked with them to design my engagement and wedding ring and then we had his designed there, too. He also bought be gorgeous pearl and diamond earrings there as my wedding gift. Also bought a beautiful pearl and diamond ring for anniversary. Definitely would recommend to all!

This little family store has a wide variety of fine quality jewelry in every style and color imaginable. The atmosphere is one of sophistication, but not snobbiness. They are a bit pricey, but their goods are exquisite. Their service is usually very quick and reasonably priced. They even resized my wedding band while we waited for no charge! It is a great store that I would definitely share with a friend!

This family owned and operated jewelry store has a long history in Independence and a long history with my family. We have made several major purchases from them, and they have always sold us the very highest of quality jewelry. Their service is fairly quick and professional, and their prices are average, but remember for much higher quality pieces than the mall chains. I am going there this afternoon to have my wedding ring cleaned, which they do for free as often as I like. My very favorite jewelry store.

I will never recommend them to anyone I know. Not only were they hard to work with because of the un-friendlyness, they did a horrible job on my necklace repair that I had to take somewhere else to get fixed!! I paid to much for a not-so-good job!
