I love the food
they have very good food at a pretty good price. I reccomend this to anyone who has a italian taste bud :) they are polite and if by chance they do have an issue with anything be it service food or anything they will go out of thier way to fix it,
it is a very packed place and woth the wait for the most part.
The service can be a bit slow at times they need to keep a few more people on staff, but there is almost always a wait to be seated, being that busy you can not have a server watching you every minute i suppose.
Oh and any long island ice tea lovers IT IS A MUST TRY from here :)

Fantastic Experience
The Old Spaghetti Factory is a must dine to Saint Louis visitors. Located in historic downtown Saint Louis, the old decor and structure of this restaurant will make you explore the history of this delicate site. Offering a variety of dishes, the pasta by far will go above and beyond your expectations. The profession staff and world class food treat you to a dining experience that you will NEVER forget. This is the place my fiance and I love to go for a fun evening. The location is great in downtown in Laclede's Landing offering many activities after dinner. We love the food and for the price we just can't beat it. The atmosphere is unbelievable with old decor and sets a romantic mood. We visit the restaurant on many occasions and continue to go back for its excellence.

This is a resturant not a factory.
This resturant is located in a beatiful old building on the river front. The food is awesome, ( and its not just spaghetti!) This place is usually packed on weekend nights. Make reservations!

Spaghetti at its Best
The Old Spaghetti Factory on Laclede's landing is a nice little place to go for some good spaghetti. The breadsticks are to die for and the Laclede's Landing atmostphere is like stepping back in time. It's convenient location just off of the Metrolink also make it very accommodating.
PROS: Great Spaghetti - Great Location!!
CONS:

Bad service and mediocre food.
The service was very slow and we weren't even there at a busy time of day. There were empty tables all aound us, but it still took 20 minutes to just get water. The food was mediocre at best. The building was beautiful, but between the service and just ok food, I won't be heading back anytime. There are much better places in St. Louis to go eat...
Pros: Nice building
Cons: Bad service and the food wasn't all that great

First time there
This was my first trip ever to St.Louis and I had a blast. We had a long wait because we were late getting there and there was numerous very large parties there that evening. Eventhough there was a long wait the bar was easaily accessable for soft drinks and such. Once we were seated we were prom;ptly greeted by our server and it just so happened that it was his first nite and we were his very first table. A tabke of 12 women at that. The server remained pleasent thhrough out the whole night and the Manager checked in on us quite frequently. The food was great. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the dip that came with the flat bread. It was a little to salty for me. But all in all we had a great time. I will definately go back there again.
Pros: The whole resturant was great
Cons: we had to pay for parking. It would have been nice if the businesses valiated the parking.

Avoid if on a time schedule
We have visited the OSF in the past and usually had a decent time. Not this time. They re-opened with a new menu and apparently an entirely new staff who had no clue how to handle a large group. We arrived at 5:10 pm and had no service until 5:30 when the bus boy filled our waters. At 5:45 our waitress showed up and we informed her that we were in a rush, we were taking our kids to a concert at 7:00 and wanted to leave by 6:30. Our food arrived at 6:20 and they failed to make three our dishes, one being a grilled cheese sandwich. After asking for the remainder of our food and our checks, our waitress did not return until 6:45 and still did not have all of our food or our checks. After finally getting our checks and again indicating that were extremely late and could she process them quickly. After 10 minutes we had to physically track down someone to determine what was taking so long and were told that "you are in line behind other credit cards". Totally unacceptable. I am telling everyone I know about this ordeal and if you are ever going to eat there and need to get to a show or something, I would avoid this location at all cost.
Pros: None
Cons: Could not get their act together

Great ALL AROUND!
I absolutely love this place! It is in a great location, decorated so cool, prices are low and the food was absolutely awesome. I visited during a busy Saturday evening and have absolutely NO complaints! I am returning ASAP!
Pros: Cheap prices, Wonderful food!
Cons: None

Highly overrated
A big group of my family ate here after a long day at the zoo. It's one of those places that wants to send the customers out saying "Wow, it was so great, they gave us a whole loaf of bread rather than biscuits or rolls!" Big deal. Any way, the food was extremely subpar. I got the chicken fettucini dish and like another reviewer said, Fazoli's (Italian fast food chain) does it better. The others were also not impressed. However, you can eat here for fairly cheap. Then again, why would you want to? This restaurant is highly overrated. In other words, DONT EAT HERE.
Pros: Seated promptly, very nice atmosphere
Cons: Be careful when ordering, decide if you want horrible or subpar food (your o
