I went in for an all over color and highlights.
When I got home, I realized my grey wasn't covered.
I called, they said they would redo.
When she recolored it, she did cover the grey AND my highlights too.
She said next time I could get the highlights.
I have left five messages for the owner, she will not call me back and now they hang up on me.
I paid for color AND highlights, that is what I should have.

Mary Stone, owner replied on 06/17/09 I myself made Mary Ps appt., she informed me that on one can ever do her hair to her liking. The confidence I have in our team of stylists made me sure that we could help this client. She did come to the salon and receive a 30% discount on her services, tipping the stylist an additional $23.00. We were sure she loved her hair! A day or two later we receive a call from Mary P saying some of her grey did not cover. We gladly offered another service to her to make things right and at no charge. The sylist at that time did touch up a few resistant grey spots and added a few contrasting low lites...again she left after letting more than one stylist know that she loved her hair. Her response to hanging up etc. is untrue. She called on Friday, and left word to speak to the owner, so I did return her phone call as soon as I could. We spoke on the phone and I told her I was extremely sorry she was unhappy, and that I would gladly stand behind my salon and my stylists, but also in order to please her I was tearing up her check to the salon. As it stands Mary P received more than fair compensation for her experience, and we wish her well in the future. I recently moved to the St Louis area and needed to find a salon that was affordable and trendy. The Flip Side fits the bill, they offer you drinks and try to make you comfortable as soon as you enter the salon. I love my cut and color every time I walk out of their building.

I have the worst hair in the world and Melissa is the only person who has ever been able to make it look beautiful. I have very thin hair and I always get compliments on how thick and gorgeous my hair looks. She actually makes it look thick and shows me which products to use and how to maintain my hair. She's very friendly and good at what she does. The salon is nice too and has a fun atmosphere.

I was very pleased with my hair after going here. I had it highlighted and lowlighted, which can get very expensive, but only cost around $80. My stylist was very friendly, and offerred me soda and bottled water. It was not too busy in there, and very peaceful. I am very picky about my hair, and would definitely go back!
