Riley's Flower & Gifts

My husband works at NGA, not far from Riley's, and he has purchased two floral arrangements from them in the past 4 months. He stopped by, they asked him what he wanted and for what type of occasion (romantic!), and then he picked up the flowers at the end of the day. Honestly, I have never seen such incredible arrangements in my life, and although he wouldn't tell what they cost, he assured me they were under $75! Our anniversary was last Thursday and those flowers are gorgeous! He's taken a photo everyday because new flowers open up on a daily basis! If I could, I would upload one of the photos. I've had the arrangement for five days and there are still a couple of lilies left to open.

You and your staff did a fantastic job on valentines day! I ordered two large arrangements for someone special and you had them finished in less than one hour. What amazing service. P.S. I will never use ftd.com again it was just a terrible experience. To nasty of a situation to talk about. No more wire service for me.I bet they go out of business or at the very least file bankruptcy. For loosing thousands of orders on valentines day>
They charged me $12.99 just to take my order 10.00 delivery charge
So the first 23.00 went for the service alone.

Riley,s will be my first choice from now on.

Riley, I called you up at 4:30 p.m. on feb 14th and needed a dozen red roses. not only did you have them, you also delivered them by 6:00 p.m. to the hilton hotel in frontenac on lindbergh ave. About 15 miles from your store. The roses were superb, and your price of $59.99 per dozen on valentines day was reasonable. And your delivery charge of $9.99 was fine too,considering I called at the last minute.You saved my butt big time, but I suspect you treat all your customers that way. You are awesome. My girlfriend MaryAnn told me that they lasted about ten days. I tried calling FTD first because I thought you would be to busy and they told me they no longer could accept any orders due to a computer "slow down" Well ftd sucks.I will choose you over any wire service in the future.tjck

RILEY HAS BEEN MY LONG TIME FLORIST FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. HE STARTED OUT SELLING FLOWERS OUT OF HIS RED CHEVY CAVALIER IN THE 1980s AND LOOK AT HIM NOW! HIS STORE ROCKS, HIS EMPLOYEES ARE SOOOO KIND AND CARING, QUALITY SUPERB AND PRICE ARE RIGHT IN LINE WITH OTHER FLORIST.
HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!
