1 Stars: MR (by john s.)

The workers are not knowledgeable. Hire better people. The rules on the trade in are confusing. Need to explain better. Need more of a selection of reference books.

3 Stars: Used books and exchange (by N. R.)

The Book Rack is one of the very few used book stores in the entire Cape area, so it fills a need that otherwise goes unsupported. One major attraction is that you can trade books back in for store credit, which makes it the perfect place to pick up ephemeral paperbacks that you want to read but don't want to keep or pay full price for. As a result, they have an especially large selection of romance novels and other types of genre fiction, but not as much in the area of serious reading. Good for looking for popular materials.

4 Stars: Great for trading in old books for new-to-you books (by A. B.)

I love this tore because I can trade in books that I have already read and get a store credit to purchase gently used books to read. They have books of all genres and a large children's book selection. This has saved us much money vs. buying books at the store and then selling them for pennies at a yard sale. There are also more current titles than the library.
