I was in desperate need of a new washer so I called Manley's to see if they could help. The man who answered the phone was very rude and didn't seem very interested in my business. I would not go to the store just because of how rude they were on a 15 second phone call

Had Marvin come out to work on our washer. He was quick and honest about what he found. Would highly recommend Manley's and in particular, Marvin.

Over the last seven or eight years, I have purchased two Kitchenaid convection ovens, One refrigrator, one freezer, two waching machines, and today a clothes dryer. When buying one of the ovens, I went to several appliance stores, including Sears. They knew nothing about the product, charged for delivery, charged for hook-up, and charged for taking the old stove away. Before doing business with Manley;s, I used to haul appliances myself. I live about 35 - 40 miles from Manleys. They always delivered-no charge and no questions asked. They call before the are arrive. One time the snow was so deep no one could get into the back drive. No Problem for their great delivery team - they (without hesitation) carried the clothes washer around the house and installed. If there is a rebate, THEY will file the paperwork and give it to you. We recieved the rebate in two weeks. I dislike rebates, but this was a much better experience. When I order the Maytag freezer, just before delivery, I called Manley's as asked for the larger size. The late message did not get to the warehouse crew and when they came, they unloaded and placed the freezer in the kitchen. Before removing packing, one of the delivery guys ask - did you want the larger unit? I replied yes - He stated, I guess they did not get that changed. They said, "We will be right back," and loaded it up. In an hour, they were back with the larger freezer. I think when you factor in the cost of delivery and removing the old appliance, they will cost less that most stores. IN any case, their price is competivite and fair. THEIR SERVICE IS UNMATCHED BY ANYONE. Many stores deliver on Tuesdays, or only on Tuesday and Thursday (you get to wait. Manley's delivers this afternoon, or tomorrow. I no longer waste my time attempting to go to stores. I call Manley;s. Ask what is available - they will tell you. If you want to spend an extra two or three hundred dollars for that unit with color and a fuzzy, they will help. BUT they will tell you that it does no more than the lower cost unit if such is the case. Need a part? Yes, they have both parts and reasonable service. I had an ignitor out on the oven one time. The service call cost $35.00 - the total bill was $65.00. And yes, they drove the distance. NICE People, great products, and FANTASTIC SERVICE. Try them, you will not look anywhere else again.

I purchased all new kitchen appliances in April 2007. This store was able to beat every store on the total price! They are friendly, and the delivery people are very courteous. You can't go wrong doing business here!!!!

We go to sears all the time to get parts and tools as well as other things.They have great products, and what they dont have in stock they will get for you pretty quick. The staff is awesome, very helpful, they do a great job. It is conveinently located with lots of parking.
