Great clothing and even better service. Purchased a suit, shirt and couple of ties from Jack Henry and they were able to make the necessary alterations in only a few days. Highly recommend.

We went to Jack Henry on the Plaza in Kansas City on December 12, 2009. My girlfriend has been there many times. This was my first time. It was about 6:40 when we walked in the door. We were looking around at shirts and then looked at the belts. We saw a small display which had a few belts in each size, but none in my size that I liked. It had been approximately 10 minutes and we had yet to be greeted or come in contact with a sales associate. We went to find an associate to ask if the belts were available in other sizes. The associate said he has some more upstairs and mentioned that they were closing in a few minutes. We weren't upstairs for 2 minutes and another associate (I guess the manager) was walking around the store at a fast pace saying "It's 7:00, we're closed" to all the customers. He went downstairs and was emphatically stating at some other customers that had just walked "We're closed" and gesturing his arms outward like he was a first base umpire signaling "safe".

During this holiday season and with the number of customers on the Plaza, I am surprised this store closes at 7:00. But more surprising is the lack of service we received and the behavior of Jack Henry's staff. Our potential $500 sale was lost. Though we were informed of the next day's hours, we decided to shop elsewhere.
