The Service Department has really stepped up. They are much better seem very qualified. I do not have concerns about leaving my vehicle with them.

I came to Gray-Daniels just if hopes that they would be able to help me.I had been to a lot of places before and all of them turned me around or never called me back once they got my information. But working with Cedric Beal at Gray Dniels he gave me hope that he would be able to help me and he would "call me back." My experience was great, I was able to get my car! They worked with me and was patient. YAY!

Two other ladies and I were stranded in Jackson, 650 miles from home, when my 2013 Nissan Altima broke down. The service advisor, Kristopher Clarkson did an awesome job of making the experience as painless as possible. He put us in a loaner and sent us on our way to enjoy the Gulf in Biloxi. Meanwhile he took care of getting the car repaired, keeping me informed by phone on how things were going. When the car was ready we drove back to Jackson, swapped cars and were quickly back on the road to home. ALL the people at Gray-Daniels Nissan were wonderful to us from management to technician. I can't explain how much I appreciate the peace of mind they gave me during this difficult time. Thank you, Kristopher and everyone at Gray-Daniels!!!

The salespeople at this dealership are very nice. They were able to answer all of my questions quickly, and the one question that they didn't know they researched and got back to me. I did not end up buying a Nissan, but it certainly wasn't because of the people at this dealership. They are top rate!

We recently bought a new car here. The sales person was very nice, not too pushy. Everybody seemed genuinely interested in seeing that we were satisfied. There didn't seem to be any bogus charges like you see on some new car stickers. The only thing that disappointed me was that the finance manager had added an additional warranty to our charges without asking if we wanted it. It was a good deal, but she should have asked us first.

PROS: Easy to deal with
CONS: Watch for extra warranty charge
