My home is just one year old, and has had numerous problems with too many to list, the whole experience has been a huge disappointment , poor customer Service from the President of the company, to the warranty repair staff, home has failed two independent home inspections, and shortcuts were taken by the builder in the warranty repair work, now I have to hire an outside contractor to repair/replace shoddy workmanship, that includes bowed walls, uneven walls, and walls that have visible drywall defects through-out the house, Beware of the builder who offers the 2-10 home buyers warranty to the homeowner, by signing it you release the builder from his sloppy workmanship, this policy or warranty allows the builder to build these homes with the cheapest products possible, the lumber the builder uses to frame each and every home is considered to be salvage/scrap lumber, this lumber can not be bought at Home Depot or Lowes, so why would a builder of this size use such scrap lumber to construct each and every home, if this lumber is so good to use in home construction, then why can't I buy it at the Major home improvement companies? Buyer Beware of the Sloppy Construction/ and 2/10 Home Buyers Warranty.
