It weathered hurricane Katrina. We had dinner there the other night and it was perfect. Service was outstanding, the food could not have been better and the old "Patriarch" is still standing. It has been said that Elvis Presley loved to eat there when in Mississippi! The food is a mixture of Southern and French/Cajun quisine. The food is really good, especially the bread pudding that comes with every meal. It is a charming place to eat lunch or dinner!
